STERISYS is a global solution provider for ethylene oxide (EO), moist heat and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) industrial sterilisation equipment. We provide professional consulting services, planning and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, validation support, preventive maintenance and repair services.

In this domain, our portfolio covers Ethylene oxide sterilisation: vacuum, overpressure and dual-mode Solutions; Hydrogen peroxide sterilisation: SAS/MAL (material airlock) systems for cleanrooms; Moist heat sterilisation solutions

Today, STERISYS represents leading technology and advanced industrial sterilisation solutions designed for medical device manufacturers, hospitals and contract sterilisation service providers who need new equipment or seek to revamp existing installations.

In addition, STERISYS developed an innovative handling system for nested prefilled syringes that enables the automation of any post-filling transfer operation. All this is carried out by integrating de-nesting and re-nesting operations in a contactless manner, offering complete traceability, safety and security.

STERISYS is not merely a manufacturer, but a system integrator supplying turnkey solutions. Our manufacturing and supply channels are in accordance with the strict medical and pharmaceutical standards and regulations. We are an ISO 9001 and ISO EN 13485 certified company.

As part of the "TeTRRA" project, STERISYS hosted the networking event “Early Birds” (technology breakfast) in March 2014 and supported the project on a collective booth with entrepreneurs from East Belgium at the recruiting fair “Nacht der Unternehmen” in November 2014 in Aachen.

Technology Transfer & Recruiting in Rural Areas est un projet transfrontalier dans l'Euregio Meuse-Rhin, subventionné par l'Union européenne.
